Terms of Use

About these terms

Glowtrack Studio (glowtrackstudio.com) is a collection of free, browser-based tools for musicians and creators — including video, audio, image and design tools — operated by Roobixx Interactive ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you open and the things you create: videos, audio, images, designs and 3D models. The tools run on your own device, so we never receive or store your files.

You are responsible for the material you use. Make sure you own, or have permission to use, the music, recordings, footage, photos, logos, fonts and other material you put into the tools, and that the way you use what you create — including uploading it to YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Instagram or anywhere else — respects other people’s rights and those platforms’ rules. Some tools mention the names of platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and Instagram only to describe sizes and formats; Glowtrack Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The optional badge

Some tools can add a small “Made with Glowtrack Studio” badge to exported videos. It is optional and can be switched off before exporting.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes anyone else’s rights, or is harmful, and don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or misuse the site.

Our software

The Glowtrack Studio website, its code, design and visual effects are owned by Roobixx Interactive and protected by copyright. You may use the site to create your own work. You may not copy, re-host, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the site’s code or design, or operate a copy of the site, without our written permission. Open-source components remain under their own licences — see Credits & licences.

3D models and prints

3D models generated by the site (such as soundwave keychains and plaques) are provided for personal printing. Check the model in your slicer before printing; printed items, especially keychains and small parts, are used at your own risk and are not toys for young children.

No warranty

The site is free and provided “as is” and “as available”. Results depend on your browser, device and files, and features may change or be removed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost or corrupted files — keep copies of your originals. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Advertising and links

The site displays advertising from third parties and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.

Tips

You can optionally tip us through Ko-fi. Tips are voluntary gifts to Roobixx Interactive to support the site. They are not charitable or tax-deductible donations, don’t buy any product, service or extra features, and are handled under Ko-fi’s own terms. Everything on the site stays free whether or not you tip.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
