FAQ
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device. Your audio is never sent anywhere, so it’s safe for unreleased music, interviews and voice notes.
How do I merge MP3 files into one?
Drop all the files in, put them in order, and press Join & save with MP3 selected. That’s it — one file with every track in sequence.
Can I mix different formats?
Yes. You can join an MP3, a WAV and an M4A together; they’re all converted to the format you choose for the final file.
What does “even out volume” do?
It measures how loud each file is and turns the quiet ones up (and loud ones down) so the whole joined track plays at a similar level.
What’s a crossfade?
The end of one file fades out while the next fades in, so they overlap smoothly instead of stopping and starting. 3–6 seconds suits music; for speech, use a short gap instead.
Is it free?
Yes — free, no sign-up, no watermark and no length limit beyond your device’s memory. The site is supported by the ads on the page.
